I had searched for months for the perfect ring for my 40th. I eventually realised it just did not exist. I had followed Aardvark on Instagram and saw a ring similar to what I wanted so emailed asking if I could have a custom design and exactly what I wanted. Ashley emailed straight back with a great price, so good that I added extra diamonds. I wanted a particular shade of pink which Ashley was able to use. I got excellent design mock ups before it went into production and the ring arrived 3 weeks earlier than the 6 quoted. I was terrified opening the box as it was designed from scratch but I needn’t have worried. The ring is perfect. Exactly what I wanted and stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashley and Aardvark and will be ordering from them again very soon.

Ordered a bespoke engagement ring online. Contacted via email first to discuss the setting. The responses were very quick and extremely helpful. They were perfectly accommodating. The finished product was beautiful and exactly as expected. A year on and my fiancé is still over the moon with the ring. The quality speaks for itself and the price was very reasonable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The customer service is amazing! I emailed asking to book an appointment and got a response very quickly, Ashley was very helpful with his information and guided me well. Visited the physical location after falling in love with the rings on instagram, Ashley was lovely and responsive to my appointment request. The rings look gorgeous online but even better in person! I chose my engagement ring right there and then, after resizing it only took a week to get to me and I later put in an order for a matching band and although it was cutting it close to the production deadline Ashley did his best to expedite the process and now I have my wedding band just in time for the wedding! I 120% recommend Aardvark Jewellery, it was a lovely experience and the rings are absolutely divine and affordable too!
