Incredibly patient with someone (me) who didn’t have a clue what he was doing! Explained everything fully and constant communication to explain where things were. Ring is stunning and couldn’t be more what I (she) wanted! Thank you so much to Ashley for all his help.

Ring arrived today, way earlier than I was expecting and it is perfect, I can’t stop staring at it. Thank you so much!

Purchased an engagement ring from Aardvark Jewellery. Ashley at Aardvark Jewellery has been exceptional throughout. All of our exchanges have been via email, yet he has been the most helpful I have experienced out of any enquiries I made and answered all of the questions that I had promptly. Due to timescales and availability I wasn’t able to view the piece in person however, the detailed photos online and experience with Ashley gave me the confidence to purchase the piece unseen. I was absolutely delighted when I saw it for the first time when it arrived and I knew immediately I had made the perfect decision, and my partner loves it too! I would absolutely do business with Aardvark Jewellery again in future without any hesitation.

Fantastic service and beautiful custom ring. Ashley worked with me for a bespoke engagement ring. Service was incredibly helpful and quick turn around to meet my deadline. Delivering a beautiful ring that my fiancé loves! Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing throughout from my beautiful enagement ring, my custom wedding ring and re-sizing of my engagement ring due to weight loss, the customer service has been faultless, quality is beautiful and turn around time was outstanding. Can't thank them enough and I can't wait to wear my rings forever!
